Altenburg's
Farm Market

Altenburg's Market has offered fruits, vegetables and other goodies for over 40 years. We are open in June and July for pick-your-own strawberries and from the end of September through October 31 for pumpkins and fall family fun on the farm.

Photo of strawberriesIn June and July, we're open for pick-your-own strawberries. Stop in and see the large selection of our tasty, fresh strawberries. Bring the family and enjoy the country setting and acres of the most flavorful, most juicy strawberries.

Fall goodies!

In the fall we offer a fine selection of fall farm produce and decorations including that fall favorite, caramel apples.

We grow all our own pumpkins! We also have a variety of other holiday necessities, as well as a large selections of Autumn vegetables, fruits and flowers:

PICK-YOUR-OWN & Already Picked STRAWBERRIES:

The 2008 strawberry season starts Thursday, June 19. We have picking every day at 6:30 a.m.  Other picking times (see below) depend on picking conditions.  Please call ahead for that day's picking times and to order Altenburg's own already picked strawberries.  715-421-2943

Monday thru Friday:
6:30am welcoming pickers until 11am
4pm welcoming pickers until 7pm

Saturday & Sunday
6:30am welcoming pickers until 3pm

Friday, July 4:
6:30am welcoming pickers until 11am

* Once the season starts we have picking EVERY DAY starting at 6:30 a.m. Other times are subject to picking conditions. Please call ahead (715-421-2943)


Special Family Event

Free Horse-drawn hayride to strawberry patch. Sunday, June 29 - Noon to 3pm
